Hi there! My name is Kausha Bakk also known as KB.  Being a Realtor is not just my career but it is part of my everyday life.  Someone once told me if you love what you do you will never work another day in your life, that is what Real Estate has done for me!  

I am very excited to say I am from Minot!  I know the neighborhoods and believe in what this community stands for.   I am involved in our community by being President for the Minot Optimist Club, Minot Young Professionals member, board member of the Domestic Violence Center, and a member of the Minot Board of Realtors. I have been licensed in Real Estate since 2006. I strive to be knowledgeable and stay current with changes in the industry.  I provide each client with integrity, honesty, dedication, and professionalism.

 

I assist my clients in making a good decision on their first home, next home, and investment properties. You have worked hard to be able to purchase a home of your dreams. When it comes time to sell I want to provide you fair market value for your investment. My clients interests and concerns come first, and I maintain continual communication throughout the home buying process. To insure this occurs, I provide you commitment and trust for a lifelong Real Estate relationship.

 

Along with assisting clients I spend a great deal of time with my family.  I am married to Shawn, and we have two children Adriana and Haden.  I bring my children along to majority of the activities I volunteer for so they can understand that they can make a difference.    I love to cook for others, board games, read, and cheer on the Packers and Twins!
